So, you have finally decided it's time for a bit more grunt from your Hayabusa. Orient Express has several kits ready and waiting for you to choose from. This precision big bore cylinder block assembly, machined and replated by Millenium Technologies to our exact specifications is the foundation for this big block kit. Millenium is recognized as one of the best motorsports boring and replating facilities, and is trusted by engine builders and race teams across the country in every facet of motorsports. CNC machined forged aluminum pistons from JE Piston are 84mm in diameter and have a 12.8:1 compression ratio (standard crank, rods, gaskets), and bumps the motor to approximately 1397cc. The added power is felt across the RPM range, with crisp throttle response. Next we include a standard thickness Cometic head gasket, for a great seal and long lasting performance. List price for this kit is normally over $1200 (plus core). You save over $200 with the purchase of this package, and it includes a head gasket!

All cores must be received back to nOrient Express within 14 days from invoice date. Parts must be in good working ncondition (e.g. no cracked fins, worn cam journal surfaces, worn pressure nplates, etc.). Orient Express reserves the right to refuse all core returns. A ncore refund will be issued only if requirements are met. Up to 14 days: less 5% nadmin fees. Up to 30 days: less 50% admin fees. After 30 days: NO refund.
