Orient Express carries Spiegler lines clear coated in vinyl to prevent damage to your machine. Other color choices are available, including black, red, blue, green, orange, white, smoke/carbon, and transparent blue line colors - please call for custom orders. Where stock rubber brake lines require replacement every 2 to 4 years, Spiegler braided stainless steel lines will last the life of your machine, and carry a life time warranty. Forged aluminum fittings are CNC machined for incredible accuracy, and then anodized in a wide range of colors including gold, red, titanium grey, green, silver, blue, black, and purple (please call for custom color orders). Chrome plated fittings are standard on some cruiser applications, and available on any custom order as well. Please note that Spiegler custom line colors and fitting colors are available at additional cost at the time of order, and custom orders must be prepaid, and cannot be returned. We stock clear coated line kits with silver fittings as standard. Spiegler line kits are shipped with any necessary banjo bolts, and a full replacement set of crush washers. Please note, not every banjo bolt is provided, Spiegler intends for you to reuse the stock OEM bolt in most cases. If you would like a full compliment of banjo bolts they are available in the same color selection as the fittings, for an additional cost.
Do you have a custom application? A different brake caliper, master cylinder, or front end? Spiegler offers a wide range of fitting styles, from straight to multiple angles, banjo's and direct in fittings, in a wide range of sizes and styles. Please call with your custom requirements!
Please note that often the manufacturers make changes in production that can affect your selections. For instance: A 2001 Suzuki GSXR 1000 might have a master cylinder with a 1.25mm (coarse) thread pitch, and calipers with a 1.0mm (fine) thread pitch. The 2002 GSXR 1000 might then have visually identical master cylinder and calipers, but the master cylinder thread pitch has changed to 1.0mm (fine). Spiegler makes every effort to provide replacement banjo bolts where necessarly that match your requirements. If you are uncertain or working with tight time constraints, we encourage you to verify the thread pitch of all your banjo bolts before ordering so no time is lost or frustration experienced. In many cases, the OEM steel banjo bolts can be reused with fresh crush washers provided with each kit.
