GSXR 1100 Suzuki Sport Orient Express - Stage 1 Turbo System

The Orient Express line of turbo systems offer premium components and easy installation with detailed instructions and live telephone support for those customers who elect to perform the installation themselves. Featuring a Garrett GT 2860R based bearing turbocharger, with a Tial 38mm V-Band external wastegate (6# spring included) and 50mm blow off valve for precise boost control, the standard kit is capable of tremendous horsepower. 304 and 316 stainless steel is used for all hot parts - including the primary header flange. The header is purge welded and ported for strength and durability under extreme conditions. A hand formed large volume aluminum plenum/manifold is polished for great looks under the tank! Bosch 068 fuel pump is provided for consistent fuel supply at all boost levels, with pre-assembled fuel lines that require no cutting and minimal fitting. Premium quick disconnects for supply and return fuel lines offer no-leak operation. Fuel and boost gauges are provided, along with a BEGI FMU with upgraded shim pack. Special T-bolt clamps for all the silicone hoses. A set of heavy duty clutch springs. All needed lines and fittings are provided, all pre-assembled and terminated with factory OEM connectors. Modified stock oil pan provided (core exchange charge required) with fuel pump bulk head as well. Power Commander required but not included. Map provided for either PC3 or PCV. System is easily expandable for more power if desired.
