As with all our pipes, the Muzzys Stainless is hand welded for uncompromised quality and performance. The repackable muffler canister is highly polished aluminum with polished stainless steel end caps.Muzzys Bolt-on and Slip-on mufflers vary based on the design of the original equipment attachment. On bikes where the mufflers bolts to a flange on the stock head pipe, we design a billet aluminum end cap that will mate directly to the stock flange. On bikes where the stock muffler is welded to a removable mid pipe, we include a new mid-pipe that mates to the stock header and fastens to our muffler with a standard pinch bolt or springs.
